Pissed customer

I ordered a dining room through Jibawi's who get their furniture from this company, and when I received the furniture and opened it there were 2 legs missing for the chairs, and jibawi has been trying to have you send 2 legs, and you give a hard time about it and is refusing to send the legs, your a horrible company, so now um out 2 legs for this set I bought. I will make sure I spread the word around to everyone so they do not buy from you.

Defective Furniture with no refund

We purchased 6 chairs and received 5 in great condition. However, the 6th had a fracture along the back where the seat is placed. We asked for a replacement and left it there. It has been there for over two months and the salesman keeps telling us that he has ordered another chair but the company has not sent it and that he is not making any money off not providing us with a replacement. "If another customer ordered the same chair, how long would it take?" my husband asked. The salesman said that he still would not be able to give us an ETA. To irritate the situation even more, the salesman had an attitude as though we were asking for something above and beyond what should be expected. This is poor business practice. This was our first time ordering, we will never order from Nationwide again.

My bedroom set

I ordered a bedroom set from Nationwide and they delivered it to me with scratches all over it with a black marker and refused to take it back. I called and complained and they said that there was a sick person at their warehouse that did that and it was not them. They said that they were pissed because I called too many times to find out about the delivery of the furniture. These are really sick people that you are dealing with so be careful. I bought from the Jamaica branch at the time. The bedroom set is very strong and I still have it after 5 years but it still has those nasty scratches on them with the black marker and thats a dam shame. Shame on you for selling that to people.

Took My Money

I had a lay-a-way with Nationwide Warehouse in Colonial Heights,Va. I was notified by mail when they moved to 4909 Marshall Street.--Richmond,Va 23230. I had paid a total of $500 or more. I went in to the store on day to make a payment only to find that Nationwide Warehouse had moved/went out of business. I was notified of nothing from them. They just took my money and left me hanging. This is definitely bad business!!! I'm a single mother of three and can't afford to give money away like this, especially in the shape the economy is in.

Took my payment and paid another co with it

i had some furniture on layway at nationwide furniture and mattress store in nj, and i sent in my final payment only to be told that they never received it , come to find out after an investigation , the company had used my payment to pay another company that was located next door to them.every time i called them i was given an excuse that they were busy and that they would call me. they lied about receiving my payment as soon as i said police they recovered my $ never again will i do business with them ripoff!!!company sad

Are very irresponsable

I bought some furniture almost three weeks ago and it was soupposed to be here today now is 8:30pm and I don't have my stuff yet. now they tell my husband that the stuff might have been stolen. when we went to buy it the person who took care of us was talking on the phone with a family member more than he was to us. when we went to pay for our forniture he stayed talking on the phone about already paying heis cell bill. if any one ask me about your store or employees I will not recomend it to them. I think they are very unprofessional and irresponsable. and I wont ever set foot in your store

Nationwide Warehouse 357 Long Ave Hillside NJ

these are the worst people they file bankrupcty and never notify the people that have furniture on lay-away and they sell your items to other customers very shady people they will probably work under a different name soon I could not get a refund for the money I spent I was lucky to get out of the place with a lamp the delivery charge was expensive and I was right around the corner. If you ever want to layaway some furniture make sure you do your research on the internet first. When I wanted to see my furniture they told me they sold my chairs which was probably a lie.

This place was the absolut WORSE! The workers were rude and unhelpful.

The wouls say one thing and do another. Fiunally when i had my bedroom set delivered( delivery chagre was expensive) the movers were "Get This" A husband a wife, and two children under 10 years old. Could you imagine that I was told they would set up the furniture. The "mover** had no idea of this and complained and argued in front of me with the store.

To make it all worse the younger son, cut himself on a box the father was bringing upstairs, adn bleed all over my new carpet!

PLEASE DONT USE THEM>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>!! PLEASE.
